Does it actually keep products cool? 
Yes. The heat-resistant aluminum lining reflects external heat and maintains a stable internal temperature. It won't keep things ice-cold like a refrigerator, but it prevents the extreme temperature spikes that melt lipstick, separate foundation, and degrade SPF. In a 130°F car, the inside of the bag stays significantly cooler than a regular pouch.

How long does the insulation last?
The insulation is a permanent feature of the bag, it doesn't wear out or lose effectiveness over time. As long as the lining is intact, the bag is protecting your products.

Is it TSA approved?
Yes. Both sizes are carry-on friendly and fit inside a personal item or carry-on bag. The bag itself doesn't contain any restricted materials. Your liquids still need to follow TSA's 3-1-1 rule (3.4 oz containers in a quart-sized bag), but the Karsan Co bag is fully travel approved.

What size should I get?
The Small (6.5" x 2" x 4.25") holds 5-7 products: best for daily touch-ups, your purse, the car, or concerts. 

The Medium (7.5" x 3" x 5") holds 8-12 products: best for travel, the gym, full routines, or skincare + makeup together. 

If you're not sure, the Bundle ($52) gives you both and saves $8.

Is the zipper really waterproof?
Yes. The waterproof zipper seals out external moisture and humidity, and contains any leaks that happen inside the bag. If a lip gloss cap comes loose, the mess stays in the bag, not in your purse.

Can I use it for things other than makeup?
Absolutely. Customers use it for skincare, medications that need temperature protection, snacks, small electronics, anything that benefits from heat protection and leak containment.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the vegan leather exterior with a damp cloth. The aluminum interior wipes clean with a damp cloth or baby wipe. Air dry before closing.
