The collection

Why we made this

Karsan started with a ruined tube of lipstick left in a hot car. The insulated bags that existed were built for sandwiches. Nothing was made for a makeup bag that had to sit on a bathroom counter and look like it belonged there.

So we made one. The current version is the result of a long series of revisions to the shape, the closure, and the lining.

We make two sizes. That's it. We'd rather make them well.
