All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at karsan.co@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As all sales are final, no items are eligible for return. This includes but is not limited to sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
