Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Karsan Co! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days — rates calculated at checkout Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days — rates calculated at checkout

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time. Any active promotions will be displayed on our website and applied at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that international orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office. Karsan Co has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

European Union Orders

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification. Tracking availability for international orders may vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at karsan.co@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or find an appropriate resolution.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods. Karsan Co is not liable for shipping delays once the package is in the carrier's possession.
